All customs completed in 6-14 business days.
Due to high volume of sales as well as quality control, customs may take longer as we strive to create the highest quality glass art. We thank you for your patience as well as your understanding.

All products are meant for adults for tobacco use only, age 21+ (18+ in some regions) , if you are a minor please discontinue use of our services. Our products are made of glass which may break with little or excessive force, use them at your own risk. Broken glass is sharp as razors, handle the item at your own risk. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Custom items will take up to 14 days to complete beyond processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is flat rate based upon the item you order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

ONLY for packages that have been returned to sender, all others disregard. If you order a package to the wrong address, you will pay shipping back to you, that includes any changes from the original address given.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). By ordering here you acknowledge all your local laws. NO UK SHIPPING.

NO CHANGES TO THE ORDER BY EMAIL OR DM. Thank you for your purchase, we appreciate the support.  All sales are final. COLOR PREFERENCE IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR EXCHANGES– some colors have different properties and will look different from the pictures. If we have made an error in completing your order, please let us know. NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGES. I just ask for your time and your patience.

All information is only kept in order to fufill the order, and to verify returning customers. We cannot guarantee the internet is secure, but we will do our best to protect your personal information. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
2) Collect information from non-minors
All information will be collected from non-minors (Adults over age 18/21). By using this site you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age.
3) Privacy Rights
If you are in the EEA and believe we are unlawfully processing personal info, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Glass tobacco pipes have received a considerable amount of negative publicity over the course of the last couple years, due in part to the proliferation of clear glass, bubble, or chemical pipes, which are arguably designed for one purpose and are clearly not designed for any tobacco or herbal blend. As a responsible retailer, it is important to recognize the differences between glass tobacco pipes and other limited use glass products. 

US Code 21-863 refers to ALL materials used to manufacture tobacco accessories; Wood, Meerschaum, Ceramic, Metal and yes, Glass. In specific, pipes with carburetion devices (third holes) are considered to be paraphernalia regardless of the material used to manufacture the pipe. Traditional tobacco accessories like pipes, cigar and cigarette holders and hookah/sisha pipes are not included in the list of Contemporary accessories. U.S. vs. Posters & Things (Supreme Court - 1996) upholds this code as the OBJECTIVE standard by which paraphernalia is judged. Further, it describes other relevant factors in this determination to include whether the owner is a licensed distributor or retailer of tobacco products! Ten states have adopted USC 21-863 as state law, three more are in the process of adoption. All other states have either less rigorous SUBJECTIVE (intent) statutes or no law on this subject at all! All Glass pipes conform to RTDA guidelines for bowl depth and width.
